Shipping Information:

US address: We ship all orders in the same business day from Chicago,USA, It takes 1-5 days to any US address.
Free Shipping: normally it takes 1-6 business days in USA. we ship the orders by USPS or UPS.
UPS shipping:UPS will calculate the shipping cost automatically after you type in your address and choose the shipping method.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method from UPS Ground/UPS 2nd day air to Priority Mail/USPS express mail as needed to expedite delivery if we believe it to be prudent, If USPS could not deliver the packages to your shipping address, please leave a note when you place your order.

international address: there are two shipping methods(normally it takes 2-5 days to arrive):
UPS worldWide Saver:the shipping cost will be calculated by UPS automatically after you type in your shipping address.
USPS Express Mail international(EMS): $28.99 for the first item, $3.00 for an additional item.

Order Tracking
After you finish your on-line order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order and show the ordered items plus payment method information. Please check your shipping address again to make the shipping address is correct. When we send your order out, you will receive a tracking # for your package by another e-mail.

Wrong Address Problems:
If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

If Billing and shipping address are different:
We MUST have your correct BILL TO address for verification by your credit card company. This is the address where they send your monthly statement.

It is better to use your billing address as your shipping address. If They are different or we can not verify your billing or shipping address, your order may be delayed or cancelled without further contact or notice from

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If there is any problem with the item, buyer MUST notify us within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of the package. Our customer service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance) We may request digital photographs if damage is stated as the reason for return. If and when you receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA), you must ship back your item(s) to by your cost. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or we will refuse to accept the package. We will send a new once we have received the returned item(s) or a refund will be issued. For order cancellations or returns due to reasons other than item damage or incorrect item shipped, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged 5% merchant fee for the cancellation.

If there is a problem with your order and we have attempted to contact you with no response for 3 or more business days, your order will be refunded, but 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total. We are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect email address at time of purchase, or if your email client routes our messages to a junk or spam folder.
